How we teach
Fewer topics at a time, taught until they hold
Teachers plan in fortnights rather than periods. A concept is introduced, practised, tested quietly, and then revisited three weeks later — which is when we find out whether it stayed.
Marks go home with a written note explaining what the mark means and what the child should do next. Parents get that note whether the score was 91 or 41.
